Image Flat WTP PAC Dosing Upgrade

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Provision of detailed design and construction services for the installation of a PAC (Powder Activated Carbon) handling and dosing system along with Potassium Permanganate (Pot Perm) dosing lines at Image Flat WTP.

The upgrade includes:

• PAC Dosing Building and Batching/Dosing Equipment + Switchroom
• PAC Bulk Storage Building
• Poona Dosing Pit – Designed for Regular Access
• Wappa Dosing Pit
• Underground Dosing Containment Conduit and Dosing Lines for both PAC & Pot Perm
• Field Instrumentation
• Extension to plant Control System Fibre Network
• Replace Stairs on Maintenance Building
• Decommission and removal of old PAC dosing equipment
• Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and Control works for the above
